We recently updated our 4Xlounge Traders Desktop software. We combined our Market Barometer Console and Traders Desktop software. Now you can access all of the tools from a single interface. As a result, we will phase out the Market Barometer Console software (stand alone version). There is no reason to have both versions running. We will leave the old version running for a few days so that our members can copy layouts and other settings.

Our Traders Desktop software received several tweaks and updates during the merger. In addition to adding the Market Barometer Console apps and components, we also added full versions of our of our software (i.e. not just single components). All of our 4Xlounge Pro Membership tools and software are now available via the Traders Desktop engine.

Here is a complete list of the recent Traders Desktop upgrades:
- Market Barometer Console apps and modules were added
- Market Barometer Console alerts were added
- X Scalper 2.0 software (full version) was added
- X Scalper 1.0 software (full version) was added
- Tech Scalper (full version all time frames) were added
- The Traders Desktop engine was tweaked for better performance
- The data feed was compressed for faster load times
- Plus several minor layout and interface designs
We still have some final tweaks and adjustments to make over the coming week, but everything has been added and is functional. Most of our final tweaks are cosmetic. We are slowing moving away from our software based apps and moving towards web-based apps. There are many obvious reasons for this, but the main reason is accessibility. As we slowly convert our technology to web-based platforms, we can begin adding mobile versions of our tools and software.
More Updates For 2012
Our Traders Desktop software is the core of our technology. We will continue to improve, upgrade and expand the Traders Desktop engine. Here is a short list of upgrades scheduled for 2012:
- The ability to export and share your saved layouts with other 4Xlounge Pro Members
- A mobile version of our Traders Desktop engine and software
- A Pro Member portal will be added to the Traders Desktop engine (i.e. all of your information, settings, etc…), you will be able to change and update anything related to your Pro Membership from the Traders Desktop software
- Lighting fast news relays and updates (i.e. real-time economic releases, updates and more)
- All of our instructional material will be added to the menu and interface
- Our Market Lounge (Live Trading Room) will open up from within the software and you will get an alert whenever we are in the room hosting a webinar
- Plus much more…
Our end goal is for our Traders Desktop software to be a complete resource. Basically, everything that you need will be accessible from within the Traders Desktop interface. We will continue to post updates as new features are added.
