All of our Trading Signals can be auto traded via our 4Xlounge EA. We recommend hosting our 4Xlounge EA on a Windows VPS (Virtual private server) solution that offers Metatrader support. Local ISP (Internet Service Providers) connections tend to be unreliable. A network VPS connection is more stable and more reliable. There are 100′s of MT4 VPS services. If you google “MT4 VPS” you will pull up a huge list. You can also use Forex Peace Army and read user reviews. In addition, most brokers offer free EA hosting with a funded account.

 

4Xlounge Expert Advsiors

Our 4Xlounge EA will work with any broker that offers MT4. This includes bucket shops, ECN’s, interbank accounts and any other broker type that offers the MetaTrader 4 (MT4) trading platform. Our 4Xlounge EA will work with brokers that do not allow hedging. Our 4Xlounge trading systems do not hedge. In rare cases you may need to have more than 1 account with your broker, but our 4Xlounge EA will work with any/all brokers that offer MT4. Our 4Xlounge EA has been successfully used with more than 200 forex brokerages (and counting). Bottom line – if your brokers offers MT4, our EA will work.

We provide 2 versions of our 4Xlounge EA. We provide a standard version and a hybrid version. Our standard version should work with 99% of the brokers that offer MT4. In the rare event that our standard 4Xlounge EA does not work with your broker, you can use our hybrid version. Our hybrid version was developed to handle a wide array of possible issues. Both versions have been fully tested on live MT4 trading accounts. We never release a 4Xlounge EA upgrade without beta testing for at least 2 weeks (usually much longer).

 

Our 4Xlounge EA includes settings for all 3 4Xlounge Trading Signals Systems: Round Table, X System Short Term and X System Long Term. You only have to attach 1 EA to trade all 3 Systems.

4Xlounge Expert Advisor Settings

Our 4Xlounge Expert Advisor (both versions) include several settings. All forex brokers handles EA’s a little different. Some brokers will auto fill the orders, some brokers will pass the trades to their internal inter-market and some brokers use a dealing desk to fill the orders. The 4Xlounge EA settings allow you to optimize the interaction between our 4Xlounge EA and your broker. A short period of demo testing is used to determine the best possible settings.

  • Lot Size – You can adjust your lot size and control your risk exposure.
  • Max Offset – You can adjust your broker’s price offset to match our trading signals entry prices (i.e. if your broker’s EURUSD spread is 4 pips and our feed spread is 2 pips, your Max Offset should be at least “2″).
  • Auto Close – Some of our Pro Members prefer to manually close the trades, you can set this to “true” or “false”.
  • Prefix/Suffix – If you brokers uses “EURUSDfx” or something similar, you can use this setting. This setting is usually turned off.
  • Currency Pairs – Our X System and Round Table trade 17 of the most frequently traded currency pairs. You can turn each pair on/off per system. Each pair has 3 on/off setting (i.e. 1 for Round Table, 1 for X System ST and 1 for X System LT).
  • Slippage – This setting controls your requote threshold. If the entry price is 1.2240 and your broker quotes 1.2242; you “Slippage” setting would have to be at least “2″ before the EA would accept the order.
  • Magic Number – If you need to use more than one EA, you can use this setting.

We provide detailed training and instructional material for our 4Xlounge EA. In addition, our 4Xlounge EA sends details error message to the MT4 EA log for debugging and other possible issues. Our 4Xlounge EA has been successfully used with more than 267 brokers (that we know of). Our EA technology is battle tested and reliable.
