- Include the name of the software and/or trading tool in question
- If your question is about our SMS alerts, please include your cellular carrier
- When possible, please include a screen shot of your problem
- If you are using our EA, please include a copy of your MT4 EA log
- If you are using our MT4 Indicator Suite, please include a copy of your MT4 journal log
- If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours, please post on our forum or try a different email
