Our Live Trade Alerts are sent from our 4Xlounge Traders Round Table and our X System Software. Each alert is very comprehensive with pre-trade warning alerts to help every member prepare for the pending trade alert and more ‘mid-trade’ updates to keep the lines of communication flowing. All alerts are sent via SMS, email and Trade Messenger and will include:

1. A “Possible Trade is setting up” alert will be sent. We will include currency pairs when possible, but sometimes the entire market is pushing and were are not sure which pair will set up first.
2. If our “Possible Trade is setting up” alert did NOT include a currency pair(s), we will send out another with a named currency just before entry. This will ensure that everyone has time to catch the trade.
3. We will send out a detailed trade alert (in the same format as we’ve been using) with exact entry, stop and limit prices.
4. We will send out ‘mid-trade’ updates as needed and/or if the trade is taking a bit longer than usual. Info like: “move your stop to Break Even”, “Target updates”, “key price level info on longer trades”, etc…
5. Trade conclusion update. Either to close the trade or to report a stop/limit triggered. You will always know when a trade is over.

Our Live Trade Alerts (both X System and Round Table) are not scheduled. Rather, they are sent when market conditions occur to generate a trade. Most trades are generated during the Euro and US trading sessions, but a few are sent outside of those 2 trading blocks. Both the X System and Round Table alerts include a warning alert before the actually trade signal is generated. The X System creates a (Possible Trade) condition in the dashboard window and our Round Table Alerts are always setup with a (Possible Trade) SMS, email & Trade Messenger alert.

All of our 4Xlounge Pro Membership packages include everything that we offer. In addition, you will never be charged more for extra features or upgrades. Once you sign-up, you get everything that we currently have to offer and anything that we will add in the future (as long as your Pro Membership stays active).

We do not have different Pro Memberships, only price. Basically, if you prepay you will save money. Example: our monthly members pay more per month than our quarterly members and our quarterly members pay more per month than our yearly members. If you are willing to prepay, then we provide a substantial discount (up to 60%). The membership benefits are exactly the same for every Pro Member.

You can send a test message to make sure that your cellular phone can receive the SMS messages. You can also use the test message to gauge the delay of your cellular provider (if any). Most SMS messages are delivered within 1 or 2 seconds.

Our 4Xlounge Indicator Suite includes all of our Live Web Charts in the following time frames: Power Bars 15 minute, 30 minute and 4 hour, plus X Trend 30 minute, 1 hour and 4 hour. You can apply our Power Bars and X Trend templates to any currency pair. In addition, if your broker offers spot gold, silver, copper or even dow minis, you can use our templates for any commodity that your broker offer via your MT4 platform.

Our MT4 Indicators Software allows you to trade directly from your own live charts. You can also use our Live Web Charts to quickly scan the market. Once you identify a potential trade, then you can use our MT4 Indicator Software to instantly load the chart(template) on your trading platform. It’s very easy to use and all of our templates load instantly. Furthermore, you can customize the templates to better suit your personal trading style.

We include a auto-installer for our 4Xlounge MT4 Indicator Suite software. The installer will automatically find your MT4 folders and install all of the files needed to run the software from your MT4 platform.

Our Traders Desktop harnesses all of our Pro Membership tools, system and software into an easy-to-use interface. All of our apps can be loaded as individual “components”. You can save custom layouts, set custom alerts including: Power Bars (all time frames), X Trend (all time frames), X System and Round Table.

Our Traders Desktop will run on Window XP or later and any verion of the Mac OS. We will constantly update, improve and add-on to our Traders Desktop software. Here is some important information about the software:

Yes, our software has been fully tested for both Windows XP,  Vista, Windows 7 and the beta versions of Windows 8. We will continue to test as new versions of Windows are released (or until Microsoft gets bought out by Apple, fingers crossed!).

All of our Software is 100% Spyware and Virus free. Our code has been signed by Comodo Security Services and we are Whitelisted with most major security providers. You are free to contact Comodo and verify our certificate. Our software is safe to install and run on any system.

Our 4Xlounge toolbar is Whitelisted by TRUSTe and it is 100% ad free. No ads, spyware or junk files. Just useful tools and links.

You are free to install as many copies of our software as you wish. You can install our software on as many machines as you wish (i.e. home, work, cabin, etc). However, you can only be logged in from one machine at a time. If your account is locked down, it’s probably because you left one of your locations logged in and then tried to open another connection. If this happens you much contact support to resolve the issue.

Our software and applications require Internet Explorer version 7 or higher to be installed on your system. Internet Explorer version 6 and earlier does not support xml data streaming. Our software and applications require Internet Explorer. Firefox, Opera, Safari or Chrome won’t work for our software. However, you can use alternate browswer when viewing our Live Web Charts and Pro Members Area pages.

All of our programs require Windows (XP or higher) with Internet Explorer version 7 (or higher) to be installed on your system. Our software will run within the MAC OS provided you have Windows XP or higher installed on your system. Linux is not supported at this time. Note: you must also have Flash Player and Java installed on your system (both are free downloads).

This option is up to each individual trader. Our results pages reflect holding each trade until X system closes it. It is important to monitor the X System software. Sometimes X System will close a trade before the stop or limit has been reached. We refer to this as an “X System reversal”.

X system may close or reverse a position before the market hits our stop or limit order. We should continue to closely monitor X system whenever a trade is open. With practice, you may be able to hold trades a bit longer to increase profits and minimize losses.

Over-leveraging is a common mistake among forex traders. Please do not over leverage your account. We have carefully calculated an ideal lot size based on account equity (per system). If you increase your leverage beyond our suggested ratios, your account will be over-exposed and at risk of being completely wiped out.

Remember; forex trading is NOT gambling or guess, it’s math. The traders with the most favorable math wins. Good math = high yield trading with a strong risk/reward %. Bad math = over leveraging with a poor risk/reward %.

We provide 3 different auto trading solutions and they are all controlled from a single EA. A short term X System, a long term X System and Round Table Option. Our 4Xlounge EA opens and closes the respective trades for ALL currency pairs (i.e. you only need 1 EA for all 3 systems, not 1 EA per system per currency pair). Our 4Xlounge EA provides several different options. Here are a few:

Our EA will work with any broker that offers the Metatrader 4 (MT4) trading platform. Most brokers offer MT4. There are 100′s of brokers to choose from. If your broker has a unique issue, we will modify our EA’s to fit your brokers needs.

We never charge extra for addon’s or additional features. In fact, you can use the EA’s and SMS alerts at the same time. Our Pro Membership includes everything that we offer and all upgrades are included for free.

We use a proven technology for our auto-trading solution. We decided to use Metatrader’s Expert Advisor technology to host our auto trading solution. Expert Advisors are files/programs that attach to any MT4 chart and then automatically open/close the trades.

Metatrader Expert Advisors have been successfully used for more than 10 years. They are very reliable, but require some monitoring to insure proper function.
